Ecobar has good strength, does not bend or deform easily, can be cut cleanly with the foil intact and when drilled does not split or crack.

If you use a Georgian Stapling machine, then Ecobar is perfect for you as the breathing holes are not central, and there is easy desiccant filling without blocking, on an automatic filling machine or by hand.  

We have also improved the corner keys necessary for use with warm edge spacers and have designed and produced our own keys that give a tight fit. This can be used for gas filling, whether filled through single or dual hole applications.
